Here at Tackle Taxi, we have a passion for fishing—especially across Europe. Over the past 20 years, I’ve travelled abroad with friends and family, fishing at various venues and meeting great fishery owners along the way. I’ve witnessed the growth of the fishing industry as it expanded deeper into Europe, particularly in France, where it all began for me and my friends.

This was the inspiration behind Tackle Taxi, as some of my fellow fishermen were dropping out due to the long drives across Europe required to access some of the best carp fishing in the world. The extended journeys, countless toll booths, and extra days off work made it unaffordable or impractical for many to travel to these special venues.

That’s when I started Tackle Taxi. I began transporting their tackle for a small fee while they simply flew out to their chosen venue, fished, and flew home—all within a week.

And that’s how Tackle Taxi was born.
