Which one to use
Three ways, and when
Rob answers his own phone, which does mean he is sometimes driving. If you do not get through, leave a message or send an email and he will come back to you once he is off the road.
Phone
Best for anything time-sensitive, or anything complicated enough that a conversation beats three emails.
Best when you want it in writing, or you are sending dates, a venue and a list of gear all at once.
Send a photo
Not sure your gear fits a slot? Lay it out, photograph it and send it over. It answers the question in seconds where a written list rarely does.
